The Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi
of Indonesia (Indonesian Corruption Reduction Commission) is a
fraud; it does not investigate corruption. Foreigners be warned,
if or perhaps we should say when the Indonesian police try to
extort money from you, the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, set up
by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (whom we believe has proven
is also a blatant fraud and corrupt with it), will do absolutely
nothing to help you. The KPK’s commissioners; 1) DRS. H.
Taufiequrachman Ruki, SH, 2) Amien Sunaryadi, Ak, MPA, CISA, 3)
H. Sjahruddin Rasul, SH, 4) Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean, SH,
& 5) Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas appear even to have been instructed
by their boss Yudhoyono not to respond to any complaints against
the Indonesian police.
We reported our suspicions that the KPK were frauds some time
ago (see report: Indonesian
Corruption Commission), now we are sure. From Freudian slips
through spokesman to the media and complainants, we can now list
some of the facts and excuses that show the Komisi Pemberantasan
Korupsi Republik Indonesia are as bent as the people they are
meant to investigate, but don’t.
1) The KPK claim they can not investigate corruption complaints
against police officers in Bali because, wait for it, they do
not have an office in Bali!
2) The Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi told one complainant they
have no authority to investigate any police officers anywhere
in Indonesia and have to turn any corruption complaints they receive
that they deem are substantiated, wait for this, to the police!
3) The Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi actively pursues “graft”
corruption cases, although “graft” is fraud, not corruption.
Graft in this context is where Indonesian bankers, for example,
have defrauded Indonesia’s state banks without permission.
That’s right, the KPK solely investigate fraudsters who
have robbed state banks (and with that the Indonesian leaders
and wealthy Suharto connected families). Graft is actually fraud
and should be investigated by the police of course, but the Indonesian
police are apparently too busy extorting money from people (which
is corruption). So the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi not just fails
to investigate corruption, but it actually supports corruption!
You do not have to believe us, just search for “KPK Graft”
on the likes of Google and see for yourself that it is clear the
KPK physically exist solely to fight Graft. Then just search Google
for “graft meaning” and “corruption meaning”
and you will see, Graft is fraud, which is totally different from
corruption. The corrupt Indonesians are still in Indonesia extorting
money from whomever and whatever lower down the chain they can.
The KPK simply try to get the fraudsters, who basically steal
from the corrupt leaders of Indonesia, and call it anti-corruption
because they know their domestic and International audiences want
and need corruption curtailed. But these are just words used by
the Indonesian Government and President to attempt both appeasement
and validity equally without substance.
Bali BS says it is a clear fact that President Susilo Bambang
Yudhoyono and the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi which he set up
are both frauds because the president gave Indonesia’s most
corrupt individual, former dictator Suharto amnesty from prosecution
for corruption! If President Yudhoyono was earnest in his efforts
to bring corrupters to justice, why then did he let off the considered
king pin of them all? Why too did the KPK / the Komisi Pemberantasan
Korupsi refuse to overturn the president’s decision (by
stating they would continue to hold Suharto accountable for any
corruption) when they were formally asked to by various Indonesian
NGO’s? Because the KPK’s presidential mandate actually
allows them to do this! Bali BS says the reasons why are obvious;
a) Because President Yudhoyono is a puppet of Suharto and the
de facto ruling wealthy military connected families of Indonesia,
b) Because the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi is a puppet of President
Yudhoyono, c) Because the KPK only investigate people who have
allegedly defrauded money from the system, such as state banks
which provide the corrupt leaders of Indonesia with funds, and
d) President Yudhoyono et all (and friends) have no intention
of tackling corruption because they are the ones that actually
run the corruption rackets in Indonesia. The Indonesian wobblers
will try and have you believe that Suharto was legally and rightfully
given immunity because of his health, although what that has to
do with getting back at least some of the billions of dollars
he and his family are alleged to have stolen no-one can say. Suharto’s
alleged ill health clearly was simply a matter of timing, for
a grateful Yudhoyono to repay his debt to Suharto and let him
off any chance for the Indonesian people and International community
to get their money back (see report Indonesian President Yudhoyono
AKA Mini-Me / Suharto’s Son http://www.balibs.org/news-update/yuhoyono-suharto-son.shtml).
NB, isn’t is funny how Suharto was allegedly so ill yet
held a large party just days after being given immunity? We are
sure Suharto, his family and his friends had plenty to celebrate!
Foreigners take note: When the Indonesian police, judiciary and
whoever else of influence in this cowardly nation of hate and
lies wants to extort money from you, they will and there is no
legitimate authority who can help you, not even your own government
(see our report about two unlawfully afflicted European divers
at the hands of an Indonesian competitor abusing the corrupt Indonesia
police and how direct French Government intervention at the highest
level only achieved minor concessions : Scuba Diving Bali / Indonesia
http://www.balibs.org/news-update/Scuba-Diving-Indonesian-Boycott.shtml).
This is because foreign governments want Indonesia’s mineral
wealth and therefore have to follow protocols by dealing with
/ applying pressure on the Indonesian Foreign Ministry (who have
absolutely no real power or even credible influence over the all
powerful mafia police). Indonesia more than has a corruption problem,
this nasty country IS synonymous with corruption. That is; no
matter who you are, you have to be corrupt to do business in Indonesia
and if you have less influence and power then others and look
like you are becoming successful or a commercial threat to them,
you are always subject to and even likely to become a victim of
corruption.
Bali BS says DRS. H. Taufiequrachman Ruki, Amien Sunaryadi, H.
Sjahruddin Rasul, Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean, and Erry Riyana
Hardjapamekas (the commissioners of the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi
Republik Indonesia) are all frauds along with their puppet master
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, let them prove us wrong or
sue us if they say they are not!
